The role of Business Development Executive is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive growth and revenue in the Brazilian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- To conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales, exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- To develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- To work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, delivering exceptional customer experience.
- To analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple client relationships and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with a high level of proficiency in each language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and business development.
