
Brazil Enterprise Sales Growth Leader

We're seeking a seasoned professional to accelerate our enterprise sales growth in Brazil. This high-impact role will require you to develop and execute a local growth strategy, drive lead generation, and nurture pipeline opportunities.
About the RoleIn this challenging position, you'll adapt proven growth tactics and collateral from other markets to the Brazilian context. Your responsibilities will include organizing events and webinars, producing thought leadership content, optimizing nurture sequences, crafting sales collateral, identifying top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities, and collaborating with the performance marketing team on retargeting and ABM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a local growth strategy for Brazil enterprise sales.
- Drive lead generation and nurture pipeline opportunities.
- Adapt proven growth tactics and collateral from other markets to the Brazilian context.
- Organize events and webinars to engage target audience.
- Produce thought leadership content to establish company expertise.
- Optimize nurture sequences to improve conversion rates.
- Craft sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- Identify top-tier partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with performance marketing team on retargeting and ABM initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise marketing and growth.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian market.
- Proven ability to plan and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns.
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise events, user conferences, and industry tradeshows.
- Strong product marketing instincts.
- Ability to identify emerging trends and buying-cycle shifts.
- Experience monitoring campaign performance and recommending optimizations.
- Proficiency in one or more key channels (e.g., cold email, SEO, affiliate management, performance marketing).
- Product sense.
- Design skills.
