Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Management Officer I to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, growing sales, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Risk Management
    • Assess and mitigate credit risk associated with client relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Certifications
    • Certified Commercial Lender (CCL) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of commercial banking industry trends and developments.
