This role oversees the leadership and oversight of Business Operations, driving business productivity through innovation and process improvement.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead assigned Business Operations teams or team members.
- Manage small- to mid-sized projects with moderate complexity.
- Engage with business leaders and stakeholders for mutual understanding of process complexities and workflows.
- Communicate progress, status, milestone achievement, challenges, and changes effectively.
- Represent the team on process and solution projects, ensuring effective planning and cross-functional communication.
- Guide team selection of process and business improvement strategies and recommendations.
- Own or provide input on business process improvement initiatives and methods.
- Conduct post-project reviews to ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Experience managing Command Center operations in technology service companies with strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead continuous improvement projects that enhance performance and efficiency.
- Background in team leadership and fluent business English skills.
