Job Overview

At this organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that interior and exterior parts meet the company's high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Investigate issues in bodywork, paint, and decorative parts, proposing effective solutions to production line problems.

Analyze disassembly, propose countermeasures to improve product quality.

Manage supplier relationships, promote improvements through collaborative efforts.

Participate in experimental assemblies and new product implementation, performing checks and adjustments.

Identify and promote solutions for production issues before SOP.

Review control plans for parts in accordance with regulations and technical agreements, guaranteeing compliance and efficiency.

Inspect mass-produced new model parts, upholding market quality standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Significant experience in quality analysis and improvement.
  • Familiarity with the production process of interior and exterior components.
  • Ability to analyze parts using tools such as 8D, SPC, 5W3H.
  • Effective communication skills and collaboration ability.
