**Job Mission**

Responsible for development and management of Interior and Exterior automotive components, leading the interface with local suppliers for components localization process, cost reductions and products improvements for Brazilian markets.

**Main Responsibilities**

Research and development of components and local technology improving vehicle local content.

Implement localization and management of Interior and Exterior components, according to product planning; improve and implement design changes based on market requirements;
Tests and products validations, supplier´s process and supplier´s Engineering audities, development management.

Support the headquarters with data and benchmarking research about the market and environmental characteristics;
Cooperate with manufacturing Process and Quality team to investigate and improve manufacturing issues.

Cooperate with aftersales team to investigate issues and improve customer satisfaction in the market.

**Qualification and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Design, or correlated areas;
- Extensive experience in the automotive sector;
- Fluent in English is mandatory: read, write, speak and listen;
- Trained and skilled user of 3D Catia V5,V6;
- Knowledge in production process for polymers, plastics, foam, chemicals (Sealers, asphaltic, insulator plate, films, elastomers, etc.), surface treatment, finishing coat and painting would be a plus;Knowledge on teardown and benchmarking, Value Analysis, Value Engineering.

**Required Knowledge and skills**:

- Team worker and influencer skills with good communication hability;
- Availability for national and international business trips;
- Fluent in Mandarim would be a plus;
- MS Office skilled user;
- CNH type B is mandatory.
