Job Description
  • Serve as a technical and domain expert to support product sales within a client-facing sales team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers and internal teams, providing timely and accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product management regarding product enhancements, helping to shape the direction of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and enhance team efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and delivering results.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, with a strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proven territory management skills, including pipeline development and execution excellence, with a strong ability to set and achieve goals.
