Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst

Our organization is seeking a skilled Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst to provide support in Brazil and the United States.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial analysis skills, experience with billing operations, and proficiency in English. They will also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • Support a team responsible for billing operations in both Brazil and the United States.
  • Develop and implement solutions and improvements for new projects.
  • Monitor internal accounting and audit teams to ensure proper closing of billing orders for external clients.
  • Track customer transactions to ensure accurate entries or adjustments in the company's ERP systems.
  • Manage commission processes and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Proactivity (attitude is a must)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.
  • Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts.
  • Strong results orientation and deadline compliance.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Autonomy in task execution.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar.
  • Advanced English.
