We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing maintenance schedules, and implementing effective safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement O&M strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective alignment between contractor/commissioning and start-up activities.
- Manage interfaces between all groups, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Report progress to management, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.
- Carry out startup duties associated with safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations.
- Respond to emergency conditions, preparing equipment for maintenance and monitoring plant operations.
- Maintain accurate records, including call logs and performance metrics.
- Operate plants in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to procedures and best practices.
- Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in standard computer software programs, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of Oil & Gas Process Operations, HSE practices, and application in the field.
