Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead the design and development of innovative engine control systems for locomotives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining system-level requirements, preparing test plans, and performing system validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or aerospace engineering.
  • Experience in designing and developing modern internal combustion engine controls, powertrain for locomotive/automotive systems.
  • Proficiency in modeling, simulation, and calibration tools used in engine control system development.
  • Ability to lead technical development, dealing with multiple stakeholders, and bring quality solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
  • Established project management skills.
