About the Role

As a professional in this field, you will develop and design sales compensation plan frameworks that are cost-effective and support company goals. You will work closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure targeted plans.

Key responsibilities include developing market competitive positioning, influencing decisions, evaluating plan effectiveness, designing reward programs, and communicating plans to all levels of the sales team.

This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales compensation planning and design.
