Crimson Education is seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver seamless IT operations and maintain the smooth functioning of our systems. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing front-line troubleshooting and support for IT systems, hardware, and software.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver timely and effective troubleshooting and support for IT systems, hardware, and software
- Configure and manage IT systems, including cloud-hosted productivity suites
- Onboard and deprovision user accounts for various systems
- Monitor technical support requests in real-time
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Focused customer service mindset and diagnostic abilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing cloud-hosted productivity suites
- Ability to pass a police background check due to working with students
