Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our team as a Talent Representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that involves contacting candidates, convincing them to schedule an interview, and sharing data with our Recruiting/Staffing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing requests coming from the team and adapting to constant changes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates on various professional networks
  • Build trust with candidates and encourage them to participate in our selection process
  • Share critical information with the Recruiting/Staffing team to facilitate the hiring process
  • Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines to meet team objectives
