  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry (or related field).">
  • Proficiency in English language (intermediate level).">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HSE practices, cost control, inventory management, and good manufacturing practices.">
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.">
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.">
  • Experience working in a leadership role or process analyst position within the chemical industry.">
  • Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters related to chemical operations.">
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification an asset.">
  • Understanding of process equipment and OpEx tools (Kaizen, 5S, A3, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).">
