Job Title

As a Production Operations Leader, you will oversee the achievement of production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.


  • Ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules and efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage auxiliary inventories and team vacation schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead projects for new equipment and process optimization to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Investigate quality issues and support production planning to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of HSE practices, cost control, inventory management, and good manufacturing practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • Desirable:
  • Leadership experience in production or as a Process Analyst.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification.
