Lead a Sales Team to Success

As a Bilingual Team Leader at TTEC, you'll be responsible for leading a sales team through coaching, mentoring, and motivating. You'll develop key performance metrics and dashboards to help the sales team and operations focus on performance drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a sales team through coaching, mentoring, and motivating
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards
  • Drive the highest level of performance from the sales team
  • Role model and instill TTEC and client values
  • Build lasting customer relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop sales strategies to meet sales goals and reduce customer cancellations
  • Analyze business goals, customer, and agent data to find areas of continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Advanced or fluent English
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Good communication, proactivity, relationship, and strong leadership
  • Demonstrated success in previous experiences with a proven ability to define, refine, and implement successful sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Ability to compile sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables
