About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Supervisor to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Bilingual Sales Leader, you'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet performance targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze business data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with client products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
  • Advanced or fluent English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
