El papel principal del Ejecutivo de Ventas es prospectar, identificar, vender y mantener relaciones comerciales dentro del territorio asignado. Esta posición requiere interacción con otros departamentos internos como Ventas Internas, Ingeniería de Ventas, Operaciones de Ventas y Éxito del Cliente.

Su enfoque

Vender productos y servicios de software de MicroStrategy Business Intelligence a nuevos y existentes clientes de pequeñas y medianas empresas. Identificar y calificar adecuadamente las oportunidades de negocio. Presentar soluciones comerciales a nivel ejecutivo, liderar negociaciones y superar objeciones para el cierre de acuerdos. Gestionar ciclos de ventas complejos y múltiples compromisos simultáneamente. Colaborar con consultores de ventas para descubrir, identificar y satisfacer los requisitos del cliente. Preparar pronósticos de ventas precisos y reportes de ciclo de ventas. Proporcionar gestión de proyectos para asegurar el éxito de los clientes potenciales o actuales. Aprovechar y mejorar las relaciones con socios para impulsar valor y ingresos adicionales.

Calificaciones

Título universitario o experiencia empresarial equivalente. Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés. Se desea español. Al menos 5 años de experiencia profesional en ventas tecnológicas (se prefieren BI o IA). Experiencia adicional con Cloud, Móvil, Big Data, Hadoop o Redes Sociales es opcional pero preferida. Historial comprobado de superar consistentemente los objetivos y cuotas corporativas. Experiencia exitosa en desarrollo de nuevas cuentas o gestión de grandes cuentas. Habilidades comprobadas en prospectar y gestionar el ciclo de ventas. Experiencia y capacitación en una metodología de ventas basada en el valor (Solution Selling, Customer-Centric selling, etc.). Capacidad para rastrear actividades en Salesforce. Altos niveles de percepción social y servicio al cliente. Autodirigido, motivado y orientado a resultados. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y negociación.
