We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FP&A, advanced analytical skills, and fluency in English for direct interaction with US investors.


The selected candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end finance stack, including FP&A, Investor Relations, and Controllership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Managing Investor Relations, preparing and presenting reports for US-based investment funds.
  • Overseeing the entire Controllership function, including closing the balance sheet and ensuring accounting accuracy.
  • Producing actionable insights to support decision-making and allocate capital for optimal ROI/ROIC.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in FP&A, Controllership, investment banking, management consulting, or finance roles in high-growth, venture-backed companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build trust with US investors.
