About the Role:
Gwm Brasil is seeking a highly skilled Technical Literature Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Literature Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting our After Sales division in translating technical materials from China HQ, establishing a workflow and routine with China HQ to improve and fix technical materials delivered to the Brazil Market, and providing quick support to dealers when technical diagnosis tools are not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Gwm Brasil's After Sales division in translating technical materials from China HQ, including Service Manuals, Diagram Manuals, Tools Manuals, and Owners Manuals.
- Establish a workflow and routine with China HQ to improve and fix technical materials delivered to the Brazil Market.
- Provide quick support to dealers when technical diagnosis tools are not available.
- Establish close communication with dealers through Gdmc to support registering new diagnosis tools and solving problems with Technical Report Failures.
- Act as a bridge with local suppliers homologated by Gwm responsible for executing translation and printing tasks.
- Support other Gwm areas during the launch of materials such as Parts, Training, R&D, and Ppd.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- People management skills, including teamwork mindset, focus on customer first, and risk management.
- Experience with technical content, new model launch processes, and supplier negotiations.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution orientation.
- Experience with dealer network operations and problem-solving.
- Over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Over 8 years of experience in the After Sales Division working with technical materials, service operations, and dealers.
- Knowledge of After Sales operations, suppliers, and translation, printing, and development issues.
- Advanced English proficiency.
