About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Journey Service Supervisor to join our team at Great Wall Motor Brasil Ltda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a standardized After Sales process that prioritizes customer satisfaction through a lean and efficient approach.
  • Implement the After Sales process across all dealerships.
  • Develop sustainability procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Design and deliver online and face-to-face training programs for dealers, tailored to their needs.
  • Integrate digital solutions into the After Sales process, including customer booking, reception, repair order management, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with LGPD regulations through the creation of a workflow.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among dealers, aiming to provide the best possible customer experience in the market.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and proactive skills.
  • Negotiation experience with dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of After Sales operations, including dealers' processes, planning, customer care, logistics, pricing, marketing, technical, warranty, and training.
