As a tech professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cementing services to clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform safe and efficient delivery of all cementing services including cement testing, bulk handling, equipment maintenance, and rigging-up.
- Develop cement designs that meet customer requirements using simulation software and following company procedures.
- Determine lab testing requirements, job preparation, and interpret well site data for post-job analysis.
- Tailor solutions to meet customer requirements, considering both price and total cost.
- Develop relationships with customers and professionally communicate solutions to generate additional business opportunities.
- Forecast chemical and casing equipment requirements and manage inventory.
Requirements include an undergraduate degree in a Science or Technology discipline. Passing the Technical Training Program is a requirement for promotion to the next position.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in cement design and cementing operations.
- Knowledge of simulation software and laboratory testing procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
