We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Bank Assurance Specialist. This key role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our solution portfolio, promoting loyalty and sustainable business development.
- Sales and client management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and brokers, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Proposal analysis and submission: Collaborate in the preliminary evaluation of proposals, presenting compelling solutions to meet business needs.
- Client visits and engagement: Conduct regular site visits to foster strong relationships and drive business results.
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with various departments to develop strategies and implement business initiatives.
- Market research and insights: Monitor market trends, providing strategic advice on innovation and best practices.
- Requirements:
- Relevant degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering).
- Industry experience, preferably in insurance or banking.
- Strong network and connections within the industry.
- Excellent team player with a strong commercial drive.
- Able to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Experience in people management, meeting facilitation, and travel.
