About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide on-site customer services, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive continuous product enhancements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training classes or workshops to customers based on geosciences and upstream workflows principles.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to drive product enhancements and maintain business opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers using software.
  • Educate customers on the relevant principles of geosciences and upstream workflows.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience-related disciplines such as Geology, Petrophysics, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in formation evaluation or petrophysics.
  • Previous experience with software or other advanced tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Unconventional, Mineral Modeling, Facies Modeling, Image Log Analysis, Geomechanics, and Python programming language.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely through strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities that create value for customers with a customer-first mindset.
