Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Advisor.

This role involves providing expertise in solution development, transition, and delivery phases. As a key member of our organization, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints.

You'll provide remote and onsite consulting expertise, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Your responsibilities will include testing existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements, and supporting the design and architect of solutions.

Apart from these core responsibilities, you'll work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the overall strategy. You'll also conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices.

  • Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design
  • Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving
  • Experience in developing SOWs, LLDs, and HLDs

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer. Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies is also required: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or other cloud-based technologies.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints during solution, transitional, and delivery phases.
  2. Provide remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of solution, transition, and delivery strategies, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
  3. Test existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges during both transition and delivery.
  4. Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency.
  5. Work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the overall strategy.
  6. Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices.
  7. Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of solutions.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
