Job Overview

This professional technical role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and documenting managed hosting environments, acting on incidents, requests, changes, and projects. The successful candidate must ensure the quality of technical deliveries, propose improvements, and support customer-facing teams with a focus on operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and document hosting environments according to product descriptions.
  • Act on incidents, requests, and technical issues, ensuring normal operation of the environment.
  • Plan and implement changes (corrections, migrations, and improvements).
  • Analyze root cause and propose technical and operational improvements.
  • Provide technical support to teams, including escalations.
  • Participate in projects as a technical specialist.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and new business.
  • Monitor processes with suppliers and customers, ensuring deadlines and quality.
  • Manage service requests (activation/deactivation of products).

Required Skills

  • Solid experience with Microsoft systems (level 3 and root cause analysis).
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware).
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with change planning and execution.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Availability to work night shifts, from 10pm to 7am.

  • Knowledge of Nutanix and backup solutions.
