As a Network Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) issues, transponder service issues, Occasional Use (OU), full-time managed services, and special events. You will work closely with the NOC team to resolve general customer service issues, monitor information on all sites, network infrastructure, and backhaul. Your role will involve integrating new technologies, assisting in operational procedure development, utilizing training material, and contributing to departmental projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Associate's degree or technical school diploma preferred
  • At least two years of commercial experience in a broadcast and/or data environment
  • Functional working knowledge of satellite, fiber, data, and/or broadcast related equipment
  • Ability to maintain a complete knowledge of Intelsat offered products and services
