As a member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health and performance of our data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents and requests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Plan and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data center operations.
  • Analyze issues and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for technical processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
  • Provide technical support to our N1 support teams and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Manage service orders and track progress towards completion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively within defined parameters.
Requirements
  • Experience with network technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VXLAN, Trunk).
  • Familiarity with NGFW systems (Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, Sophos).
  • Technical expertise in Linux server support (Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat).
  • Previous experience with N1 support.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
