Job Role:

An Account Associate is an essential role in driving organic growth and upselling cross-functional activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities for existing customers to drive organic growth.
  • Ongoing customer governance structure management, including regular reports and execution of customer requests.
  • Customer engagement through face-to-face and remote support for quote to order and organic growth related requests.
  • Manage commercial inventory and prepare customers for digital platform adoption to enhance their experience.

Bid Support and Non-Organic Growth Activities
  • Support contract renewal, repricing, and project preparation activities for standard quote to bill models.
  • Align with account managers, engagement managers, and bid managers to decide on Bid proposals.
  • Quality assurance and consultant services to Bid teams regarding Sales Operations related topics.

Quote to Order Cycle
  • Own the quote to order cycle, ensuring performance meets customer expectations.
  • Responsible for maximizing profitability of organic growth.
  • Customer specific instructions and guidelines management (price book, process, customer labelling, billing entities).
