Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Payment Analyst Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Business Operations, you will be responsible for providing specialized support and assistance to all studies in our site payment vendor portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, track, and manage global clinical trial payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Partner closely with the Clinical Operations team, contracts and budget team, and site payment vendor to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with Statement of Work (SOW) and hold vendors accountable for services rendered.
  • Create baseline Investigator Grant budget estimates using benchmarking tools and assess for Fair Market Value (FMV).
  • Manage total overall study budgets as well as global payments.
  • Implement SOW and Change Order process and project related cost, if applicable.
  • Support R&D as it relates to Clinical Trial business operations.
  • Resolve site payment discrepancies, historical payment issues, and monthly reporting requests with 3rd party site payment vendors.
  • Track payments owed to clinical research sites in accordance with negotiated unit prices per site Contract.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and/or matrix teams to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain frequent and consistent communication with external partners and internal departments regarding payment activities during contract lifecycle.
  • Review Clinical Trial site budgets, if needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Similar experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior experience with payments in clinical research.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
