As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of projects with expertise in .NET and related technologies.

Key responsibilities include driving technical decisions, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, scalable applications that meet the highest standards of technical excellence.

  • Orchestrate project development by overseeing the technical direction of .NET projects, aligning with business goals and making informed technology decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a development team, promoting collaboration and fostering professional growth among team members.
  • Define project requirements, scope, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and efficient workflows.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient .NET solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their application in projects and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Facilitate team communication and problem-solving, ensuring that team members are equipped to handle complex challenges and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • At least 7 years of experience with .NET and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns and software architecture principles.
  • Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge, including cloud-based platforms and containerization.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices and risk management.
  • A proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications with complex functionality.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas, including UI/UX design principles.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring continuous integration and deployment.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
