Role Overview

Support the day-to-day operations of study drug, comparators and ancillaries management. Mentor junior team members, act as a point of escalation for assigned clients, and coordinate with vendors to ensure clinical supplies services are outsourced efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key liaison between teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of study plans.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
  • Participate in department project teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven ability in a similar role within clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, CROs, or supply chain organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
