About this role

This position involves managing strategic customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and present commercial proposals tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal functions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build and manage sales forecasts and oversee the customer portfolio.
  • Lead account planning for major clients, manage negotiations, and identify new project opportunities to grow the business.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food engineering, chemical engineering, or nutrition.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably in the food or ingredients industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
