The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves coordinating logistics providers, managing stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and supporting forecasting activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage physical inventory, supply chain optimization, and equipment logistics.
- Handle inbound/outbound shipments and manage inventory at warehouses.
- Coordinate global equipment delivery and returns.
- Manage logistics tickets until receipt of shipment.
- Support equipment procurement and logistics liaison with shipping partners.
- Oversee equipment usage at depots and manage inventories.
- Supervise shipment processing, order updates, labeling, and packaging.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance of all international shipments.
- Conduct on-site inventory audits or train local personnel.
- Develop and implement inventory movement strategies (e.g., warehouse-slotting, route planning).
- Process domestic and international shipment requests for platforms and disks.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management.
- Domain Experience: 2 years in Hardware Operations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, inventory management, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with ERP tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all business levels.
