**Job Title:** Global Process Lead - Demand PlanningThis role is responsible for developing the future global design for demand planning under the Aurora program, considering existing processes and market conditions. You will lead the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of statistical forecasting models to enable predictive planning and trade promotion management.**Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement the global design for demand planning under the Aurora program.
  2. Lead the development of state-of-the-art statistical forecasting models to enable predictive planning and trade promotion management.
  3. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the optimization of volume and trade modeling for the Demand Planning process.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
**Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning and statistically oriented environments.
  • Experience in large-scale DP process/system/tool deployment.
  • Excellent math, statistics, and analytical skills.
  • Cross-functional knowledge/direct experience including marketplace analytics and statistical modeling.
