Lead Digital Product Development

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our digital product development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving technical vision.

This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work from one of our offices in São Paulo or Porto Alegre, with flexibility to balance professional and personal life.

About the Role

The Senior Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

  • Driving technical vision and innovation across the organization
  • Empowering and coaching multiple engineering teams
  • Possessing 8+ years of deep professional engineering experience, with a minimum of 4+ years leading and scaling multiple engineering teams or functions
  • Proven success in building and growing high-performing teams
  • Navigating complex interpersonal dynamics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in modern software development methodologies (e.g., CI/CD, Agile, DevOps)
  • Experience owning the end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital products or platforms
  • Ability to translate complex technical, business, and organizational challenges into clear strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
