Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Operations Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing systems, providing technical expertise and support to senior and mid-level management, and assisting product and sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software deployment and installation, version control systems, and cloud platforms. They will also possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

In this role, you will serve as the technical expert in all aspects of deployment and systems management that involve multiple technology disciplines. You will provide top-level consultation and technical expertise to senior and mid-level management on Windows PC and Mac deployment and systems management topics.

You will also design, conduct, and document UAT and end-to-end solution quality tests. Additionally, you will handle a high volume of support calls, monitor, triage, and troubleshoot incoming requests through ticket queues, and deliver remote desktop support to both client and internal users.
