Global System Maintenance Specialist

As an IT Systems Support professional, you will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of key platforms. This role involves working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where rapid issue resolution, system optimization, and operational excellence are essential to supporting critical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve internal supply chain systems, including SAP ECC, APO, JDA Planning, HANA, and related platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues promptly to ensure business continuity.
- Provide IT optimization recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Adhere to SLA standards for incident response and resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong PL/SQL development skills; familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and other common databases.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is beneficial.
- Problem-solving mindset: ability to analyze system anomalies and propose optimization solutions.
- Fluency in English; ability to work in a global team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (if applicable).
