Chief Operating Officer Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to lead and shape our go-to-market strategy for novel carbon removal products across agricultural and mining sectors.

This is a senior role where bold strategy meets operational precision to drive transformational scale. You will oversee the entire value chain, from mineral inputs and field operations to our internal science engine and technology roadmap.

About This Role:

  • Refine product-market fit and identify scalable customer use cases.
  • Lead the integration of field deployment, scientific integrity, and operational scaling in one of the world's most promising carbon removal approaches.
  • Collaborate with Science, Carbon, and Technology teams to align R&D, field trials, and data flows.
  • Build an entrepreneurial, fast, and accountable leadership culture.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior leadership in operations, supply chain, or agribusiness in Brazil and high-growth/startup contexts.
  • Proven track record of scaling from early stages to market leadership.
  • Strong Portuguese and English communication/negotiation skills.
