Marketplace Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the overall marketplace strategy, developing analysis to understand a tool's performance and impact on the market, working closely with the product team to launch and analyze new marketplace tech.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing pricing and incentives strategies and experiments
  • Monitoring marketplace health metrics and competition moves in order to develop action plans to reach strategic goals
  • Developing data analysis and solutions to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities
  • Coordinating projects with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, product, strategy or project management, with at least 3 years of experience. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and handle ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications include experience crafting experiments and knowledge of Python programming language.
