Job Overview

A leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across various sectors, we are hiring Site Engineers to deliver luxury fit-out projects that blend innovation with precision execution. The ideal candidate is driven, experienced, and ready for the biggest challenges.

Located in the UAE & KSA, this role requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles. Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for the region.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control to maintain premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
