We are seeking a seasoned Backend Development Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional with expertise in backend and full stack development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop node.js backend applications, leveraging RESTful APIs to integrate with react.js frontend components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and implement solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code deployment.
  • Peer review code submissions from team members to maintain coding standards.
  • Configure deployments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise production environments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or equivalent position.
  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in backend and/or full stack development with a major programming language.
  • Proficiency in Node.js (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum) and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, React.js, and DevOps practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (nice to have).
