Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Truck Tires Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Continental. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in sales and business development.

About the Job

This role will be responsible for increasing market share and ensuring profitable business growth in the truck tire segment. You will work closely with dealers and fleets, providing support and conducting regular visits to customers to ensure their needs are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly follow-up on sales statistics to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting technical analysis of products with dealers and fleets
  • Ensuring complete documentation for account opening and ongoing customer interactions
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits and communication
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Administration, Business or a related field
  • Experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with the truck tire market and computer systems (SAP, Office)
  • English language proficiency desirable
Location

You must reside in the region of Piauí and/or Maranhão and have knowledge of the local market.

The estimated salary for this role is R$ 7,500 - 9,000 per month, depending on experience.
