Nordic Area Representative

We are seeking an individual who is passionate and customer-focused to join our Nordic team at Mt. Bachelor. As a key member of our Nordic area, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service to all rental and retail guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive equipment outfitting and sales expertise.
  • Sell trail passes and Nordic lessons while utilizing software efficiently.
  • Offer guidance, maps, and information to guests to enhance their experience.
  • Accurately enroll guests into ski lessons and programs, ensuring a seamless experience.

In addition to these primary duties, you will also perform preparatory tasks, including setting up computer workstations, loading cash drawers, and assisting with snow removal and ice management.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate the ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
  • Minimum time in a related position: Less than one year.
  • Proficient computer skills with a willingness to learn resort software applications.
  • Able to manually lift, stand for prolonged periods, climb stairs frequently, and engage in physical activities such as splitting wood and carrying heavy loads.
