Deliver impactful Salesforce solutions as a seasoned project manager. Lead complex implementations, focusing on Sales, Service, Financial Services, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership & Client Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects from initial discovery through configuration, integration, testing, and user training.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships while managing expectations and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and user stories, offering expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and strategic optimizations.
Salesforce Administration & Solution Delivery:
  • Manage data management activities, including imports, exports, and updates, ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, fields, and page layouts tailored to client needs.
  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce Flows, automated processes, and customized reports and dashboards to optimize client operations.
  • Provide expert-level Salesforce user support and conduct targeted training sessions for client teams, promoting CRM adoption and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  2. Minimum 2-4 years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
  3. Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the full project lifecycle.
  4. Proven expertise in developing and managing Salesforce automations and Flows.
  5. Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced environment.
