About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at KnowledgeCity. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and closing deals with businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions within the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize strong discovery skills and in-depth product knowledge to understand customer needs and tailor value-based solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to new leads to book demos and leverage our tools and expertise in sales and marketing to develop a robust multi-channel pipeline.
  • Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Maintain meticulous sales records, regularly updating customer details.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers and highlight product features that directly address customer pain points.
  • Seal the deal and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of SAAS sales experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling consultative, long-term sales cycles within US territories.
  • Excel in asking probing questions, identifying client needs, and securing meetings.
  • Possess a hunger for cultivating a high-quality prospect pipeline and closing contracts.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Capable of overcoming objections, displaying persistence, and building value.
  • Showcase excellent presentation skills, delivering compelling demonstrations to prospects.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities, surmount obstacles, drive results, and finesse the sale.
