**Your Mission**
As an Account Executive, Public Sector Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing trust and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector. Your expertise will be crucial in tailoring our sales approach to meet the unique needs of our clients, while evangelizing the value of our blockchain solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Build and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers, driving new business, expansions, upsells, renewals, and cross-sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Investigations, and Marketing, to drive conversations and achieve sales goals
• Provide feedback and insights to inform compelling product positioning and messaging, tailored to market trends, competitive drivers, and region-specific sales channels
• Demonstrate exceptional expertise in sales forecasting, ensuring precise and reliable predictions to drive informed decision-making and maximize business growth
• Develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis' solutions, customer stakeholders, use cases, and key decision-making criteria within the government sector
**Requirements**
• Proven track record of over-achievement in a public sector sales role, selling to law enforcement and intelligence agencies in Brazil
• Solid understanding of procurement processes involved in government sales, as well as experience selling with and through channel partners
• Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication style, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise manner
• Extensive experience discovering, managing, and closing complex software sales in Brazil
• Experience creating territory and account plans using value selling methodologies
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
