About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Developer to join our Engineering team in Sao Leopoldo. As a UI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering new features as part of an agile team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new features, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and other stakeholders.
  • Optimize UI components for performance and accessibility.
  • Conduct unit tests and end-to-end workflow testing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Engage in design reviews and code reviews to receive feedback on the quality of both design and code.
  • Provide on-call support for application software in non-productive environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and work in scrum teams by setting positive examples.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
  • Professional experience in developing business software in Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution model.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with technical product managers, architects, and technical leads.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, compliance, open-source technologies, and frameworks.
  • Very strong Java programming skills, good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, and moderate knowledge of SQL.
