Job Title: Skate Program Director

This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-quality skate program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and implement programs that cater to diverse skating levels and interests.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of instructors to ensure effective training and workflow.
  • Registration and Scheduling: Oversee the registration process and develop efficient scheduling systems.
  • Guest Experience: Foster exceptional guest service through instructor recruitment, training, and mentoring.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with skaters, families, and local organizations to create a positive and inclusive skating community.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess program effectiveness through performance metrics and participant feedback.
  • Special Events: Organize and execute shows, exhibitions, and competitions to showcase skater development and promote the program.
