Key Role in Fertility Network Expansion
Overview of the Position

As a national leader, you will oversee the operations and performance of 5-10 fertility clinics across our expanding U.S. network.


  • Lead daily operations and set performance standards for 5-10 fertility clinics.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, patient satisfaction, team performance, and clinical success metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between central leadership and local clinic teams, fostering aligned goals and clear communication.
  • Implement and maintain electronic medical records (EMR), scheduling, billing, and patient engagement tools.
  • Recruit, train, and support clinic-level staff where necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare regulations and internal brand standards.
  • Support integration of therapeutic programs into clinic workflows.
  • Assist with onboarding new clinic partners into the network, supporting expansion and rollout activities.
